You also have the choice to pay bills when they are due (and not a moment sooner!) with a credit card via your Ailo app to earn rewards or smooth your cash flow.

Inspections and maintenance
Keeping on top of maintenance and repairs is what will keep your property in good condition and your tenants happy. We conduct regular routine inspections to ensure your investment is well cared for, along with new and vacating inspections.
After each inspection, we will email you a detailed report that includes photos or 360-degree imagery of your property. The report will highlight any immediate maintenance needs, and recommends preventative upgrades to help you forecast and budget accordingly.
